File Download Information

A note about the downloads format:

Portable Document Format (PDF) is a file format that preserves pages as they were designed in a desktop publishing application.

PDF files display on your screen (and can be downloaded to your printer) as they originally appeared on paper.

You can view PDF documents in Web browsers compatible with Netscape® Navigator™ 3.0 (or later) or Microsoft® Internet Explorer™ 3.0 (or later).

If your Web browser does not display PDF documents in the browser window, or if you prefer not to view PDF documents in the Web browser, you can set up Acrobat as a helper application in your browser's preferences.

Adobe® Reader® is a free application distributed by Adobe Systems. The most recent edition is version 8. While our PDF files can usually be viewed with editions as early as version 3 readers, we suggest that you upgrade to the current version.
